Our client is a lead generation company for Real Estate Agents & Teams based in Dallas, TX.

This position is onsite in our Dallas, TX location.

About the Company

Our platform helps real estate professionals generate more business through powerful lead generation, CRM, and marketing technology. With approximately 10,000 inbound leads generated each month, our Account Executives focus on converting qualified opportunities into long-term customers.

We're looking for consultative sales professionals who enjoy closing business, managing a high-volume sales pipeline, and helping customers grow their businesses.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct discovery meetings with qualified prospects provided by the SDR team.
  • Demonstrate the platform and communicate its business value.
  • Consult with real estate agents and brokerages on lead generation strategies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through close.
  • Build relationships with prospective customers and guide them through the buying process.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM records.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with SDRs to maximize conversion rates.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of closing experience in SaaS, technology, digital marketing, advertising, or other consultative B2B sales environments.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Strong presentation and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of opportunities simultaneously.
  • Experience selling subscription-based solutions is highly preferred.

Preferred backgrounds include:

  • SaaS
  • Digital marketing
  • Lead generation platforms
  • Insurance sales
  • High-volume transactional sales
  • Companies such as Redfin, Porch, Zillow, or similar technology organizations (non-agent roles)

We are not seeking candidates whose primary experience is working as residential real estate agents.

Additional Information

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $50,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): Approximately $160,000
  • Uncapped earning potential.
  • Clear opportunities for career advancement within a rapidly growing sales organization.
