The posting

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and offboarding.
  • Handle staff attendance, leave, timesheets, payroll coordination, and claims.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
  • Oversee daily office operations, facilities, maintenance, and office supplies.
  • Coordinate vendors, suppliers, purchasing, and administrative expenses.
  • Maintain company documents, records, and office assets.
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and general office matters.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of HR and administrative documents.
  • Perform other HR, administrative, and operational duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant HR and administrative experience.
  • Good knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, payroll, and staff administration.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
