Job Scope

1. KOL & Affiliate Coordination

  • Research suitable KOLs and affiliates for collaborations.
  • Assist with outreach, sample shipments and follow-ups.
  • Track collaboration progress and performance.

2. E-commerce Platform Administration

  • Create and update product listings, pricing, images and stock.
  • Assist with vouchers and sales campaign registrations.
  • Support order checks, customer enquiries, returns and refunds under supervision. Assist with promotional bundles and sales campaigns.
  • Track sales and prepare basic reports using Excel or Google Sheets.

3. Order Fulfilment & Inventory Management

  • Assist with picking, packing, labelling and dispatching orders.
  • Conduct stock counts and update inventory records.

4. Livestream & General Operations Support

  • Assist with TikTok livestream preparation and promotional materials.
  • Provide administrative and operational support as required. Internship Learning Objectives By the end of the internship, the intern should be able to: Understand E-commerce Operations: Gain practical experience with Shopee, TikTok Shop and Lazada. Develop Digital Marketing Skills: Learn KOL coordination, affiliate marketing and campaign execution. Apply Inventory & Fulfilment Processes: Understand stock management and order fulfilment. Support Sales Campaigns: Assist with promotions, vouchers and basic sales reporting. Strengthen Customer Service Skills: Handle routine customer enquiries professionally. Improve Workplace Competencies: Develop communication, teamwork, organisation and problem-solving skills. Job Requirements Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Good communication, organisational and time-management skills. Detail-oriented, proactive and willing to learn. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Prior e-commerce, digital marketing or social media experience is an advantage but not compulsory. Willing to assist with packing, stocktaking and other operational duties.
