Dein Impact

  • Als (Junior) Sales Manager bist du eine treibende Kraft hinter unserem Vertriebswachstum – und gestaltest aktiv mit, wie wir neue Kundinnen und Kunden gewinnen und begeistern
  • Du begleitest den gesamten Sales-Prozess im B2B-Bereich – von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme mit Leads aus dem Getränke-, Food- und Non-Food-Segment bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss
  • Du bringst unsere Produkte zum Kunden: ob Bestellplattform, D2B Shops oder B2B-Werbeplattform – du kennst ihre Stärken und weißt, wie du sie überzeugend positionierst
  • Du erkennst Potenziale, gehst proaktiv auf kalte wie warme Kontakte zu und entwickelst daraus echte Verkaufschancen
  • Du pflegst Kundendaten in unserem CRM und bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebsprozesse ein
  • Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Teams und externen Partnern zusammen – Abstimmung und Kommunikation sind für dich selbstverständlich
  • Du repräsentierst kollex auf Messen und Events deutschlandweit und bist unser Gesicht nach außen

Dein Skillset

  • Du bringst min 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb mit und du hast idealerweise Vorerfahrung in der Kaltakquise
  • Du hast idealerweise bereits digitale Produkte und Services im B2B Bereich vermarktet
  • Du bist in der Food und Beverage Branche zu Hause? Das ist für uns ein Plus, aber kein Muss
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, denkst lösungsorientiert und hast Lust, Neues zu lernen
  • Du hast eine ausgeprägte strategische Herangehensweise und entwickelst eigenständig neue Lösungsansätze
  • Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und du hast Spaß daran, dein Netzwerk jeden Tag weiter auszubauen
  • Erste Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen ist schön, wir arbeiten dich aber gern ein
  • Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit
