Wir sind eine langjährig erfolgreiche Unternehmensgruppe mit Standort in Seiersberg bei Graz und suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der KOMAB Holding GmbH eine engagierte Persönlichkeit. 1 Mitarbeiter_in Zahlungsverkehr und Buchhaltung - Vollzeit/Teilzeit mit Homeofficemöglichkeit.

Du arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich mit einem breiten Aufgabenbereich in der Buchhaltung? Du suchst ein sicheres Arbeitsumfeld, das es dir ermöglicht, sich einzubringen und weiterzuentwickeln?

Dein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet:

* Eigenständige Abwicklung des nationalen und internationalen Zahlungsverkehrs inklusive Überweisungen, Zahlungsläufen und Bankeinzügen für mehrere Gesellschaften

* Überwachung und Aktualisierung von Kontoständen, Fälligkeitslisten und Zahlungsstatus

* Bearbeitung der laufenden E-Mail-Eingänge sowie Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Eingangsrechnungen

* Bearbeitung und Verbuchung von Bankkonten, Kontoauszügen und Bankdateien

* Abwicklung und Kontrolle von PayPal-, Kreditkarten- und Kreditkontentransaktionen

* Erstellung und Versand von Zahlungsbestätigungen, Zahlungsavisen und Kundenstatements

* Abstimmung und Auszifferung von Verrechnungskonten sowie Intercompany-Verrechnungen und Erstellung der internen Weiterverrechnungen

* Mitarbeit bei monatlichen und quartalsweisen Abrechnungen, Meldungen und buchhalterischen Auswertungen

Das bringst Du mit:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, HLW oder vergleichbar)

* Berufserfahrung im Zahlungsverkehr, Rechnungswesen oder in der Buchhaltung

* Gute buchhalterische Kenntnisse und Verständnis für Buchungsvorgänge

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

* SAP Business One Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

* Hohe Zahlenaffinität und eine genaue, strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Verlässlichkeit, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Ein sympathisches und positives Auftreten sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
