Quality Assurance Manager (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellen der Qualitätsanforderungen in Produktion und angrenzenden Bereichen
  • Durchführen von Qualitätsprüfungen und Koordinieren von Erstbemusterungen
  • Analysieren von Qualitätsdaten sowie Ableiten und Umsetzen nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmassnahmen
  • Bearbeiten von Reklamationen, Abweichungen und Korrekturmassnahmen
  • Unterstützen bei Audits und Ursachenanalysen
  • Reduzieren von Störungen im Produktionsprozess durch gezielte Qualitätsverbesserungen

Ihr Profil

  • Technische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Qualitätsmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung oder Produktion im industriellen Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse gängiger Qualitätsmethoden wie 5 Why, Ishikawa oder 8D sowie ISO 9001
  • Strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kommunikations\- und Zusammenarbeitsfähigkeiten
  • Gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse
  • SAP\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
