Social Media Associate (Project Basis - Two Months)

Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore / Hybrid\ Duration: Two months (Project basis)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Associate to support the launch of our new campaign. This is an exciting short-term opportunity for a creative and hands-on social media enthusiast to work closely with our team in driving campaign buzz and community engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in creating and executing the social media content calendar for the campaign (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, X)

- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and short/long-form videos aligned with the new brand positioning

- Monitor social media channels daily; engage with followers, respond to comments, DMs, and community posts

- Support influencer and UGC campaigns — identify potential creators, track posts, and amplify content

- Coordinate social giveaways, contests, and challenge campaigns

- Assist in on-ground and online campaign events

- Track and report on social media performance, engagement, and audience feedback during the campaign

Qualifications:

- Basic understanding of content creation for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, X)

- Familiarity with social media trends, formats, and best practices

- Ability to create and edit social media content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos

- Strong written and visual communication skills for engaging, brand-aligned storytelling

- Proficient in social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later — a plus)

- Comfortable with community engagement, responding to comments, DMs, and driving conversations

- Organized and detail-oriented; able to support influencer outreach, giveaways, and track campaign activities

- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with internal teams and external partners

- Bonus: Experience in event coordination and supporting on-ground campaign activities

We are looking for a creative, hands-on social media enthusiast who is passionate about storytelling, community engagement, and amplifying brand campaigns. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a flair for creating engaging content and driving social conversations.
