wykształcenie - podstawowe zawód - Robotnik gospodarczy Wymagania niezbędne: niekaralność sądowa i administracyjna brak zatrudnienia lub pełnienia służby w okresie od dnia 22 lipca 1944 r. do dnia 31 lipca 1990 r. w organach bezpieczeństwa państwa lub bycia współpracownikiem tych organów w rozumieniu przepisów ustawy z dnia 18 października 2006 r. o ujawnianiu informacji o dokumentach organów bezpieczeństwa z lat 1944-1990 oraz treści tych dokumentów (dot. osób urodzonych przed dniem 01.08.1972 r.) - zatrudnienie osoby wyłonionej w drodze naboru nastąpi po przeprowadzeniu przez Pełnomocnika ds. Ochrony Informacji Niejawnych KPP w Rykach postępowania sprawdzającego i wydania poświadczenia bezpieczeństwa lub po potwierdzeniu wydania i ważności poświadczenia bezpieczeństwa wydanego przez uprawniony podmiot, - do składania dokumentów zachęcamy również osoby niepełnosprawne, które spełniają wymagania określone w ogłoszeniu. - kandydat, który zostanie wskazany do zatrudnienia, a który urodził się przed 1 sierpnia 1972 r. przed zatrudnieniem zostanie poproszony o złożenie oświadczenia lustracyjnego lub informacji o złożeniu oświadczenia lustracyjnego (według wzoru określonego w nw. ustawie), zgodnie z art. 7 ustawy z 18 października 2006 roku o ujawnieniu informacji o dokumentach organów bezpieczeństwa państwa z lat 1944-1990 oraz treści tych dokumentów. - w Komendzie Powiatowej Policji w Rykach funkcjonuje procedura zgłaszania nieprawidłowości przez sygnalistów, której celem jest zapewnienie bezpiecznego i poufnego kanału do informowania o naruszeniach prawa lub zasad etycznych. Szczegółowe zasady dotyczące trybu zgłaszania nieprawidłowości oraz ochrony sygnalistów określa wewnętrzna procedura. - zgodnie z art. 600 ust. 1 Ustawy o obronie Ojczyzny w przypadku wprowadzenia stanu wyjątkowego na całym terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, stanu wojennego, ogłoszenia mobilizacji i w czasie wojny, Rada Ministrów może objąć Komendę Powiatową Policji w Rykach militaryzacją. W związku z powyższym pracownikowi nadaje się przydział organizacyjno-mobilizacyjny do służby w jednostce zmilitaryzowanej. Powyższe nie dotyczy osób, którym zgodnie z art. 605 ust. 3. przydziałów się nie nadaje.
