SOCIAL MEDIA GROWTH SPECIALIST

KOMO Scalp & Hair Wellness is a Singapore-based brand specializing in scalp health and hair wellness.​

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and results-driven Social Media Growth Specialist to strengthen our digital presence, engage our audience, and drive business growth.​

Beyond creating content, you will play a key role in connecting our brand with customers and turning engagement into meaningful business results.​

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy: Develop and execute engaging social media content plans that reflect our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.​

• Content Creation: Plan, film, and edit creative videos and visual content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.​

• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence across Xiaohongshu (RedNote), Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.​

• Lead Generation & Conversion: Develop strategies to convert social media engagement into customer enquiries, appointment bookings, store visits, and sales.​

• Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators, including content engagement, lead generation costs, appointment bookings, and customer conversions, to optimise marketing effectiveness.​

Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, emerging trends, and digital content strategies.​

• Hands-on experience in content planning, video production, and editing.​

• Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging, brand-focused content.​

• Strong understanding of customer behaviour and the ability to build brand credibility and trust.​

• Analytical and results-oriented, with the ability to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement.​

• Proactive, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.​

Preferred: Experience in lifestyle, beauty, wellness, healthcare, or consumer brands, particularly within the Singapore market.​

Remuneration Package

Monthly Salary: SGD $5,000 – $8,000​

Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Sales Commission​

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience, skills, and job responsibilities.​
