Opis poslova:

  • provođenje Odluke o obavljanju dimnjačarske djelatnosti na području grada Samobora
  • izrađivanje i ovjeravanje dimnjačarske nalaze
  • provjeravanje ispravnosti i funkcioniranja dimovodnih objekata i uređaja za loženje
  • redoviti pregled dimovodnih objekata i uređaja za loženje (ispitivanje požarne sigurnosti i plinotjesnosti)
  • kontrola i čišćenje dimovodnih objekata
  • kontrola povrata dimnih plinova kod plinskih trošila
  • odštopavanje dimnjaka
  • pregled dimnjaka kod priključenja novog trošila ili ventilacije
  • pregled, čišćenje i ispitivanje ventilacijskih i sličnih uređaja
  • snimanje unutrašnjosti dimnjaka i spojnih dijelova
  • spaljivanje i vađenje čađe iz dimovodnih objekata
  • kontrola priključka trošila
  • čišćenje dimovodnih (priključnih) cijevi
  • pregled dimovodnih objekata tijekom gradnje, rekonstrukcije ili sanacije te izdavanje suglasnosti na izvedbeno tehničku dokumentaciju
  • mjerenje visine i presjeka dimnjaka
  • čišćenje ložišnih uređaja (kotlova, kamina, peći, štednjaka, peći za spaljivanje)
  • kontrola ložišta i ispitivanje emisije plinova
  • kontrola volumnog udjela monoksida u prostoru
  • spaljivanje katranskih obloga i čađe u dimnjacima
  • poduzimanje mjera za zaštitu okoliša te zaštitu zdravlja i života ljudi
  • pregled dimnjaka i dimovodnih kanala i ventilacija s izdavanjem stručnog nalaza-atesta postojećih dimnjaka, tijekom gradnje, rekonstrukcije ili sanacije istih
  • mjerenje emisije sastava dimnih plinova, emisije ložišta te funkcionalnosti dimovodnih i ventilacijskih kanala
  • vođenje evidencije (kontrolni list) obavljenih i neobavljenih čišćenja, utvrđenih nedostataka i kontrole dimnjaka
  • upozoravanje korisnika usluge, predstavnika suvlasnika i upravitelja zgrade o nepravilnostima i nedostacima putem kontrolnog lista
  • izvještavanje voditelja radne jedinice o statusu dimovodnih objekata, ventilacijskih uređaja, ložišnih uređaja, rezultatima mjerenja, nedostacima i nepravilnostima
  • suradnja s MUP-om, građevinskom inspekcijom, distributerom plina i Upravnim odjelom Grada Samobora.

  • majstor dimnjačar/ka – majstorski ispit
  • stručno osposobljen za obavljanje dimnjačarske djelatnosti

  • točnost i preciznost u izvršavanju zadataka.
