Das Billard Center Bern ist ein zentral gelegener Treffpunkt für Billard\-, Snooker\- und Dartbegeisterte in der Stadt Bern. In entspannter Atmosphäre verbinden wir Sport, Geselligkeit und Barbetrieb – unkompliziert, freundlich und professionell.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per 1\. Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung ein bis zwei motivierte Persönlichkeiten als Bar\-Mitarbeiter/in im Pensum von 40–80%.

Deine Aufgaben --------------

  • Betreuung unserer Gäste im Bar\- und Spielbetrieb
  • Getränkeausgabe und einfache Zubereitung
  • Bedienung des Kassensystems, Abrechnung der Billardtische
  • Ausgabe des Spielmaterials (Billardkugeln) an die Gäste
  • Selbstständige Schichtführung inkl. Kassenabschluss und Schliessen des Betriebs
  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen Betriebsabläufen
  • Nachfüllen der verkauften Flaschen, Snacks etc. (täglich in der Morgenschicht), Mithilfe bei Warenannahme und Inventur
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Gästebereich
  • Mitverantwortung für einen reibungslosen Tages\- und Abendbetrieb

Arbeitszeiten -------------

  • Einsätze von Montag bis
  • Flexible Einsatzplanung nach Absprache
  • Abend\- und Wochenendeinsätze gehören dazu
  • Arbeitszeiten aufgeteilt in Schichten: 10:30 – 17:30 und 17:30 – 00:30, und Samstag in der Abendschicht eine Stunde länger
  • Einsatzplan jeweils im Voraus

Dein Profil -----------

  • Teamfähig, zuverlässig und belastbar
  • Flexibel einsetzbar (auch abends und am Wochenende)
  • Freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Kasse und Bargeld
  • Mindestalter 18 Jahre und gültige Arbeitsbewilligung für die Schweiz
  • Erfahrung in Gastronomie, Bar oder Verkauf von Vorteil
  • Keine abgeschlossene Gastronomie\-Ausbildung erforderlich
