Filiale du groupe KONE depuis 2003, elle a su conserver l’esprit familial et la manière de travailler d'une PME fondée sur la qualité du savoir-faire artisanal, au sein de ses ateliers situés à Noisy-le-Sec.

Nous recherchons un(e) Régleur Service H/F au sein d'ATS – poste basé à Noisy-le-Sec (93).

Le Régleur Service est un expert des produits et solutions de l’entreprise et du marché. Il a pour responsabilité principale d'assurer un support technique. Il accompagne les techniciens à la résolution des problèmes techniques complexes identifiés et s’assure de la montée en compétences de l’organisation en partageant son savoir technique.

Vos missions :

- Veille à la sécurité des utilisateurs, des sites d'intervention, de l’environnement de travail, des méthodes de travail et à la bonne exécution des interventions, selon les instructions de maintenance et les consignes de sécurité établies.

- Signale toute réparation/tout ajustement susceptible de réduire le nombre de demandes d'intervention et communique activement avec les spécialistes et avec l'assistance technique.

- Établit, dans les délais fixés, des rapports précis sur les travaux effectués, communique les feuilles de temps relatives aux interventions conformément à la procédure applicable.

- Consigne les travaux effectués (sur les équipements) dans des rapports détaillés, selon les délais prescrits, afin de garantir l'exactitude des données et des notifications client.

- S'assure de la sécurité et du bon fonctionnement des équipements.

- Forme les techniciens d'entretien à identifier les causes des problèmes détectés et les solutions pour y remédier.

Profil recherché :

Diplômé(e) d’une formation technique en électronique, mécanique, électromécanique ou équivalent d’un niveau au moins équivalent à un Bac+2 vous disposez d’une expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans l’univers de l’Ascenseur.

Doté(e) d’un bon relationnel, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre sens de l'organisation et votre esprit d’équipe.

Permis B requis.
