A KONE folyamatos fejlődésének részeként bővíti szervizcsapatát, és olyan elkötelezett, strukturált gondolkodású szerviz koordinátort keres, aki kulcsszerepet vállal a szerviztevékenységek, javítások és ellenőrzések hatékony, pontos és magas színvonalú lebonyolításában. A pozíció kiváló koordinációs készséget, határozott döntéshozatalt és ügyfélközpontú szemléletet igényel.

A pozícióról

Ebben a szerepkörben fontos összekötő szerepet töltesz be a szerviztechnikusok, karbantartás-vezetők, ügyfelek és belső támogató csapatok között. Feladatod lesz a napi operáció koordinálása, tervezése, nyomon követése, valamint a szerviz-, javítási és ellenőrzési folyamatok folyamatos fejlesztése.

Főbb feladatok

  • Szoros együttműködés a technikusokkal, karbantartás-vezetőkkel és ügyfelekkel a feladatok zökkenőmentes végrehajtása érdekében.
  • Operatív fejlesztési és folyamatfejlesztési tevékenységek támogatása.
  • A karbantartóktól érkező értékesítési lehetőségek (leadek) validálása, beleértve a nem KONE karbantartású berendezések esetében a külső szolgáltatókkal történő egyeztetést is.
  • Az ügyfelek javítási igényeinek felmérése, a szükséges műszaki egyeztetések koordinálása az ügyfelek és a karbantartási szervezet között.
  • Szakértői átadást igénylő javítások dokumentációjának elkészítése és az átadási folyamat támogatása.

Elvárások

  • Felvonószerelői végzettség.
  • Minimum 5 év tapasztalat felvonók karbantartásában vagy szerelésében.
  • Alapfokú angol nyelvtudás szóban és írásban.
  • Tapasztalat ügyfélszolgálati, koordinációs, tervezési vagy hasonló szerepkörben.
  • Magabiztos digitális eszközhasználat; SAP, Salesforce és Microsoft 365 tapasztalat előnyt jelent.
