En Konecranes seguimos creciendo y esta oportunidad nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Ingeniero de Seguridad, quien tendrá como misión:

Generar todas las acciones necesarias para que el personal técnico que desarrolle servicios en campo cumpla los estándares de seguridad establecidos por ley, por nuestros clientes e internos de la Compañía.

Descripción del empleo

Principales funciones:

  • Revisión y validación de toda la documentación de Konecranes necesaria para ejecutar los trabajos en terreno, esto en coordinación con personal técnico y Planificador.
  • El ingeniero de seguridad si así lo requiere la operación, deberá acompañar al personal técnico a faena, velando por la seguridad y cumplimiento de estándares establecidos para el desarrollo seguro de las actividades.
  • Controlar el cumplimiento de las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias vigentes, de las normativas internas y de nuestro cliente.
  • Mantener constantemente una campaña de motivación del personal en terreno, para reforzar y desarrollar las conductas seguras del trabajo.
  • Asegurar la disponibilidad de EPP; para el correcto desempeño de los trabajos.
  • Tendrán la obligación de comunicar a la gerencia, administración y supervisión dela compañía, la suspensión de trabajos que se efectúen en la faena, informando las razones y antecedentes de tal decisión.

Requisitos

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Ingeniero titulado, colegiado y habilitado en carreras afines al mantenimiento de equipos/planta.
  • Experiencia en mantenimiento de planta mínimo de 03 años, de preferencia si cuenta con experiencia en mantenimiento de equipos de izaje y habilitado en SMCV.
  • Debe contar con una capacitación especifica en seguridad y Salud en el trabajo, mínimo 120 horas como segunda especialidad, diplomado, y/o maestría.
  • Conocimientos de la Ley 29783 y su reglamento, investigación de accidentes, registros obligatorios de ley, auditorias, inspecciones, dashboards, CSST.
  • Brevete/Licencia de conducir.
  • Condición física acorde al cargo.
  • Poseer residencia en Arequipa.
