Requisitos

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • CRECI ativo ou disponibilidade para obtê-lo;
  • Interesse em atuar com vendas, captação e locação de imóveis;
  • Com ou sem experiência no mercado imobiliário.

Atue com captação, venda e locação de imóveis em toda a cidade de São Paulo, incluindo apartamentos, casas, terrenos, galpões e imóveis comerciais.

Desenvolva sua própria carteira, prospecte proprietários, realize atendimentos, apresente imóveis e conduza negociações com compradores e locatários.

Estrutura e suporte profissional

  • CRM para gestão de clientes, imóveis e oportunidades;
  • Equipe de marketing e materiais de divulgação;
  • Fotógrafo profissional para produção de imagens dos imóveis;
  • Assessoria jurídica para suporte nas negociações e contratos;
