  • Uitvoeren van verpleegkundige handelingen volgens de vastgelegde richtlijnen, via het behandelplan
  • Monitoren van de gezondheidstoestand van onze patiënten en het signaleren van veranderingen
  • Samenwerken in team om een veilige en efficiënte zorgomgeving te waarborgen
  • Actieve betrokkenheid bij het opzetten van protocollen en procedures voor de nieuwe afdeling
  • Participeren in teamvergaderingen en bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van het afdelingsbeleid
  • Opbouwen van een positieve en samenwerkingsgerichte sfeer binnen het team
  • Het informeren en ondersteunen van patiënten en hun families
  • Je beschikt over een diploma en visum als bachelor of HBO5 (gegradueerde) in de verpleegkunde; bekwaming in de geriatrie is een meerwaarde maar geen must!
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig
  • Je kan je vlot de revalidatietechnieken specifiek voor de patiënten binnen je afdeling eigen maken
  • Je beschikt over een zeer goed observatievermogen
  • Je kan initiatief nemen en je werk goed organiseren
  • Flexibiliteit en aanpassingsvermogen zijn een sterke meerwaarde binnen deze sterk groeiende omgeving, daartegenover staat de kans om mee te groeien op een snel maar haalbaar tempo in de nieuwe specialisatie van ons revalidatieziekenhuis
