Eendracht Aalst Lede is de voetbalclub die in 2024 uit de as van Eendracht Aalst en KVC Jong Lede is herrezen. We spelen vanaf 2026-27 in Tweede Nationale en willen binnen een paar jaar naar Eerste Nationale. Achter de schermen bouwen we een professionele, financieel gezonde organisatie uit. Dat doen we met een gedreven bestuur, een groeiende sponsorbasis en duizenden supporters per wedstrijd.

Je wordt de financiële motor van de club. Je werkt dicht samen met het bestuur en de algemeen manager en zorgt dat de cijfers kloppen, tijdig beschikbaar zijn en dat de processen vlot lopen.

  • Boekhouding: je boekt aankoop- en verkoopfacturen in en volgt de openstaande posten op. Je bereidt de maand- en jaarafsluitingen voor zodat de cijfers altijd actueel en betrouwbaar zijn.
  • Payroll & spelersadministratie: je staat in voor de loonverwerking van spelers en medewerkers, in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat. Je kent of leert de sportspecifieke statuten (betaalde sporters, amateurs met vergoeding) en bewaakt contracten, premies, vergoedingen, RSZ en bedrijfsvoorheffing.
  • Processen & tools: je bouwt efficiënte flows uit voor facturen, uitgaven, loonbetaling en time tracking. Je zet tools zoals Cashfeed op, combineert ze met AI-gedreven automatisering en schrijft processen uit zodat ze overdraagbaar en controleerbaar zijn.
  • Financiële rapportering: je levert maandelijks en per seizoen rapportering aan het bestuur: budget versus realisatie, kostenanalyse, omzet per bron, cashflow en forecast. Je signaleert afwijkingen vroeg en komt met voorstellen.
  • Je hebt ervaring in boekhouding of financiële administratie.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en proactief. Je ziet een omslachtig proces en maakt het eenvoudiger.
  • Je werkt graag met digitale tools en bent thuis in Excel/Sheets en boekhoudsoftware. Ervaring met automatisering of tools zoals Cashfeed is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van Belgische boekhouding en loonadministratie, bij voorkeur ook van sportspecifieke statuten, is een plus.
  • Je kan goed samenwerken met vrijwilligers, bestuursleden en externe partners.
  • Liefde voor de club of voor voetbal helpt, maar is geen vereiste.
