Dit ga je doen

Als medewerker technische dienst maak je bewegen toegankelijk. Of het nu gaat om het controleren van de waterzuivering, het oplossen van een storing, het uitvoeren van onderhoud of het vervangen van een plafondplaat: jij pakt het met plezier en vakmanschap aan. Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor een goed onderhouden accommodatie waar bezoekers onbezorgd kunnen recreëren en collega’s prettig kunnen werken. Jij bewaakt de continuïteit van installaties, hebt oog voor waterkwaliteit, klimaat en energieverbruik en grijpt direct in als dat nodig is. Dankzij jou draait de accommodatie zoals het hoort.

Wat breng je mee

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding op MBO 4 niveau – Bij voorkeur in elektrotechniek, installatietechniek, werktuigbouw of mechatronica.
  • Je bent een doener – Je denkt in oplossingen en pakt technische klussen zelfstandig op.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring van gebouw- en proces beheer en regeltechniek.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met en kennis van elektrotechnische installaties en gebouwbeheer – Techniek heeft voor jou weinig geheimen.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig – Je registreert metingen en werkzaamheden zorgvuldig in het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem.
  • Je bent leergierig – Je bent bereid verplichte certificaten te behalen, zoals Zwembadtechniek, VCA, BHV en Brandmeldinstallatie.
  • Een VOG aanvragen – Je kunt zonder probleem een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag aanvragen.
