Je bent het visitekaartje van onze accommodatie. Je ontvangt gasten met een glimlach, beantwoordt vragen en helpt bezoekers op weg. Je werkt nauwkeurig, blijft vriendelijk bij drukte en schakelt snel tussen verschillende taken.

Dit ga je doen

Als receptiemedewerker maak je bewegen gastvrij. Als onze gasten jou zien, voelen ze zich al welkom. Jij bent het eerste gezicht dat ze zien, en je weet wat ze zeggen over eerste indrukken. Met jouw glimlach en gastvrije houding zorg je ervoor dat elke bezoeker zich direct op z’n gemak voelt. Je ontvangt gasten, beantwoordt vragen aan de balie én aan de telefoon en helpt bezoekers op weg, zodat hun dag soepel en plezierig begint. Af en toe spring je bij in de horeca, en natuurlijk houd je jouw werkomgeving netjes en overzichtelijk. Je werkt met onze kassa’s, dus jij weet (of leert) precies hoe ze werken. Ook kun je goed overweg met computers en vind je het leuk om meerdere dingen tegelijk te regelen. Wordt het druk? Dan blijf jij vriendelijk, schakel je snel en houd je het overzicht, precies wat onze gasten nodig hebben.
