Jij bent enthousiast, sociaal en alert. Je kunt goed zwemmen en grijpt direct in bij onveilige situaties in- en om het water. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers en wordt blij als onze bezoekers blij zijn. Als ze een leuke dag hebben, ook omdat ons bad er tiptop bij ligt en alles loopt zoals het moet lopen. Jij zorgt voor een veilige en prettige zwemervaring voor iedereen!

Dit ga je doen

Als toezichthouder maak je bewegen veilig. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze bezoekers met een glimlach binnenkomen én tevreden naar huis gaan. Met jouw enthousiasme, sociale houding en scherpe blik houd je toezicht tijdens zwemactiviteiten en draag je bij aan een veilige en prettige zwemervaring voor iedereen. Jij wordt blij als onze bezoekers blij zijn. Wanneer alles soepel verloopt, het bad er tiptop bij ligt en de sfeer prettig is, weet jij: missie geslaagd. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig, houdt overzicht en grijpt direct in bij onveilige situaties. Tegelijk ben je hét aanspreekpunt voor onze bezoekers, een echte gastvrouw of gastheer. Dankzij jou is onze locatie een veilige en fijne plek om te recreëren, te zwemmen én te werken.

Wat breng je mee

  • Je bent minimaal 18 jaar
  • Je bent sociaal – Je bent goed in de omgang met jong en oud en spreekt bezoekers vriendelijk aan.
  • Je bent enthousiast – Jij straalt plezier uit en dat werkt aanstekelijk.
  • Je kunt goed zwemmen – Een belangrijke basis voor jouw rol als toezichthouder.
  • Je bent alert – Je kunt snel en adequaat handelen in noodsituaties.
  • Je bent leergierig – Je bent bereid de nodige diploma’s te halen, zoals reddend zwemmen (ZRZ) en EHBO.
  • Een VOG aanvragen – Je kunt zonder probleem een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag aanvragen.
