Je bent sociaal en goed in de omgang met jong en oud. Je zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich op zijn gemak voelt en met plezier leert zwemmen. Je denkt actief mee over lesprogramma’s, houdt toezicht en straalt gastvrijheid uit.

Dit ga je doen

Als zwemonderwijzer maak je bewegen waardevol. Met volle energie en enthousiasme geef je zwemlessen aan allerlei doelgroepen. Van jong tot oud, van “al een beetje kunnen zwemmen” tot “best wel bang voor water”. Samen met je collega’s creëer je een gastvrije en veilige omgeving waar bezoekers zich welkom voelen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich op zijn gemak voelt en met plezier leert. Je denkt actief mee over leuke, afwisselende lesprogramma’s en houdt scherp toezicht. En natuurlijk zorg je ervoor dat het zwembad er altijd tiptop uitziet. Dit is jouw werkplek, en dat straal je uit!
