  • Ansprechpartner für die digitalen Prozesse zwischen Kanzlei und Mandanten.
  • verantwortlich für die Anbindung der Daten und Systeme vor Ort bei unseren Mandanten.
  • Einrichtung und Pflege von Schnittstellen zwischen Mandantensystemen und Kanzleisoftware
  • Automatisierung von Routinetätigkeiten (z. B. Belegimport, Buchungsvorschläge)
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung von KI- oder Automatisierungslösungen
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Buchführungs- und Finanzprozessen.
  • Digitales Onboarding von Mandanten
  • Optimierung und Automatisierung der digitalen Abläufe und Nutzung von Schnittstellen in den Bereichen Buchführung, Lohnabrechnung, Jahresabschlüsse und Steuererklärungen
  • Optimierung und Automatisierung der Kanzleiabläufe
  • Betreuung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter bei IT-Fragen (interner Support)
  • Schulung der Teamkollegen im Bereich der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung
  • Ansprechpartner für Digitalisierung und Automatisierung für Mandanten und Teamkollegen
  • Einführung elektronischer Signatur
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheits- und Datenschutzanforderungen (DSGVO)
  • Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung von Kanzleiprozessen und Arbeitsabläufen
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von IT-Updates, Systemumstellungen und Modernisierungen
  • Unterstützung der Kanzleileitung bei der digitalen Strategie
  • Beobachtung neuer technischer Entwicklungen im Steuerbereich

Ihr Profil

  • Sie kennen sich aus mit der Erstellung von Finanzbuchhaltungen und Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
  • Sie sind Steuerfachangestellter/Steuerassistent oder Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) und haben idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zum Fibutroniker (m/w/d) absolviert oder sind gerade dabei?
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse in DATEV und MS-Office
  • Sind Sie IT-affin und kennen sich mit digitalen Prozessen im Bereich der Finanzbuchhaltung und damit verbundenen Datenflüssen und Schnittstellen aus
  • Sie arbeiten eigenständig und gleichzeitig teamorientiert
