JOB TITLE: SALES SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE LOCATION: REMOTE POSITION TYPE: FULL-TIME GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Sales Support Representative plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes, customer support, and operational tasks. This role is responsible for supporting the sales team, coordinating with third-party partners (such as installers, plumbers, and service providers), and handling administrative and logistical tasks to ensure efficient business operations. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: SALES SUPPORT Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations. Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and CRM systems. Provide after-sales support to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns. COORDINATION Coordinate with third-party service providers (e.g., installers, plumbers) to schedule services and ensure timely completion of projects. Monitor and manage inventory levels to support sales demands. Handle the preparation and processing of purchase orders, delivery schedules, and other operational documents. Ensure smooth communication between sales, logistics, and warehouse teams. ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS Prepare and manage regular sales and operational reports for management review. Support the sales team in organizing client meetings, events, and product training. Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned. RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, third-party vendors, and internal teams. Act as the liaison between sales, clients, and service partners to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience in sales support, sales coordination, or administrative roles (experience in sales operations is a plus). Ability to quickly learn and communicate technical product specifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, third-party partners, and internal teams. Proficiency in CRM systems such as HubSpot. Analyse sales data and generate reports using HubSpot analytics Utilize CRM systems specifically HubSpot to automate follow-ups, track email engagements, and optimize sales workflows. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and within a team, handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
