We are looking for a mid-level SEO Specialist to support our digital marketing efforts by improving website visibility, increasing organic traffic, and enhancing overall search performance. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, technical SEO, and performance analytics. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a data-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend assessments to identify opportunities for organic growth. Implement on-page SEO best practices, including content optimization, internal linking, and metadata enhancements. Manage off-page SEO activities such as link-building, outreach, and identifying high-quality backlink opportunities. Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve issues related to site speed, crawlability, indexing, and site structure. Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other platforms. Optimize existing content and support the development team and content team in creating SEO-friendly assets. Stay updated with algorithm changes, SEO trends, and industry best practices to maintain competitive search performance. Identify areas for improvement and recommend initiatives to enhance rankings, traffic, and user engagement. Requirements 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience in an agency or in-house digital marketing environment. Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles. Experience using key SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush). Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Webflow). Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fully remote environment.
