Misschien ben je sterk in A-Z-dossierbeheer, verdiep je je graag in complexe fiscale vraagstukken of combineer je beide.Voor een groeiend accountancykantoor in Oost-Vlaanderen zoekt Konnekt een Senior Accountant die zelfstandig werkt, graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en mee wil bouwen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het kantoor.Je krijgt de vrijheid om je expertise optimaal in te zetten, bouwt sterke klantenrelaties uit en deelt je kennis met collega’s. Je functie wordt afgestemd op jouw ervaring, interesses en ambities.FunctieomschrijvingJe takenpakket wordt afgestemd op jouw interesses en ambities. Er zijn drie mogelijkheden binnen dit kantoor:Ofwel focus je op A-Z-dossierbeheerJe beheert zelfstandig je dossiers en klantenportefeuille, volgt de boekhouding op van begin tot einde en staat in voor onder meer tussentijdse en finale balansen, jaarrekeningen en fiscale aangiftes. Je analyseert cijfers en bespreekt relevante inzichten met klanten.Je kan ook jouw fiscale kennis inzetten en uitbreiden Je verdiept je in fiscale vraagstukken, denkt mee over passende oplossingen en vertaalt je kennis naar praktisch en helder advies voor klanten. Je krijgt ruimte om je fiscale expertise verder uit te bouwen.En op termijn kan je ook enkele collega's onder je vleugels nemen...Je ondersteunt minder ervaren collega’s, verdeelt waar nodig het werk en bewaakt mee de kwaliteit en voortgang van dossiers. Je bent een inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor het team en kan complexe vraagstukken bespreken met ervaren collega’s en de vennoten.Daarnaast denk je mee over digitalisering, automatisering en mogelijkheden om de interne werking en dienstverlening verder te verbeteren.

  • Je hebt ruime ervaring binnen accountancy en/of fiscaliteit
  • Je beheerst zelfstandig dossiers en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op voor klanten en resultaten
  • Je communiceert vlot, denkt proactief mee en deelt graag kennis met collega's
