Voor een internationale en groeiende productie onderneming is Konnekt op zoek naar een Accounting Manager die de volledige Belgische boekhouding en financiële rapportering in goede banen leidt.Je komt terecht in een organisatie die sterk inzet op duurzaamheid, innovatie en kwaliteit. In deze rol combineer je operationele verantwoordelijkheid met een brede financiële kijk op de business. Je werkt nauw samen met het management en verschillende internationale stakeholders.Functieomschrijving

  • Je draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de Belgische boekhouding, inclusief klanten- en leveranciersboekhouding en vaste activa.
  • Je coördineert de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen en verzorgt de financiële rapportering.
  • Je waakt over de naleving van de Belgische boekhoudkundige en fiscale wetgeving.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met externe auditors en fiscale adviseurs.
  • Je optimaliseert financiële processen en interne controles en zet in op verdere digitalisatie.
  • Je ondersteunt het management met financiële analyses en fungeert als sparringpartner voor lokale en internationale stakeholders.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Accountancy, Finance of een economische richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen accounting of finance.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van Belgische boekhoudnormen, btw en vennootschapsbelasting.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met ERP-systemen en beschikt over een sterke kennis van Excel.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en neemt graag zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid op.
