Voor een uitdagend en langdurig project binnen een industriële omgeving zoeken we een ervaren Freelance Lead Automation Engineer. Je neemt de technische leiding over automatiseringsprojecten, van conceptuele uitwerking en functionele analyses tot basic & detailed engineering, programmatie en commissioning.Functieomschrijving

  • Analyse van technische lastenboeken: grondig interpreteren van specificaties, vereisten en functionele behoeften en deze vertalen naar concrete automatiseringsoplossingen.
  • Conceptual & Basic Engineering: uitwerken van automatiseringsconcepten, systeemarchitecturen en technische oplossingen met aandacht voor toekomstige uitbreidingen.
  • Detailed Engineering: technisch uitwerken van de automatiseringsscope, inclusief PLC-architectuur, communicatie en functionele specificaties.
  • Functionele analyses: opstellen en uitwerken van functionele beschrijvingen op basis van lastenboeken en technische vereisten.
  • PLC-programmatie: ontwikkelen, analyseren, optimaliseren en reviewen van PLC-programma's binnen Siemens TIA Portal.
  • Machineveiligheid & Functional Safety: integreren en beoordelen van veiligheidsfuncties en safety-gerelateerde besturingen.
  • Industriële communicatie: integreren en koppelen van verschillende communicatiesystemen en protocollen, waaronder Modbus, binnen een TIA Portal-omgeving.
  • Technische leiding: aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van junior PLC-programmeurs, inclusief code reviews en kwaliteitscontrole.
  • FAT & SAT: voorbereiden en opstellen van testprocedures, testdocumentatie en ondersteuning bij de uitvoering.
  • Commissioning & troubleshooting: technische ondersteuning tijdens opstart, testen en optimalisatie van installaties.
  • Minimaal 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen industriële automatisering en machinebouw.
  • Uitgebreide expertise in Siemens TIA Portal en PLC-programmatie.
  • Sterke kennis van machineveiligheid, Safety PLC's en Functional Safety.
  • Ervaring met Modbus en het integreren van verschillende industriële communicatieprotocollen.
  • Ervaring met het zelfstandig uitvoeren van conceptual, basic & detailed engineering.
  • Sterk in het analyseren van complexe technische lastenboeken en het vertalen hiervan naar functionele analyses en automatiseringsconcepten.
  • Ervaring met FAT/SAT-documentatie, testing en commissioning.
  • In staat om junior programmeurs technisch aan te sturen, programmacode kritisch te beoordelen en verbeteringen door te voeren.
  • Conceptueel en analytisch sterk: je legt verbanden tussen verschillende systemen, denkt vooruit en houdt rekening met de volledige levenscyclus van een installatie.
  • Zelfstandig, communicatief en in staat om technische verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
