Je komt terecht in een toegankelijke werkomgeving waar collega’s elkaar ondersteunen, kennis delen en je de ruimte krijgt om op jouw tempo te groeien.Hier krijg je niet alleen de kans om ervaring op te doen, maar ook om op termijn door te groeien naar een zelfstandige functie binnen dossierbeheer of je verder te specialiseren.FunctieomschrijvingAls Junior Dossierbeheerder ondersteun je de dossierbeheerders en vennoten bij de dagelijkse opvolging van klantendossiers. Je zorgt ervoor dat documenten correct verwerkt worden, informatie beschikbaar is en administratieve processen vlot verlopen.

  • Je helpt bij de verwerking en voorbereiding van boekhoudkundige documenten, zoals aankoop- en verkoopfacturen en financiële verrichtingen.
  • Je volgt ontbrekende documenten op en onderhoudt contact met klanten om dossiers volledig te houden.
  • Je ondersteunt klanten bij het gebruik van digitale boekhoudtools en helpt mee om administratieve processen efficiënter te maken.
  • Je waakt mee over fiscale deadlines en ondersteunt bij diverse administratieve formaliteiten.
  • Je beheert klantgegevens en volgt documentatie op, waaronder opdrachtbrieven en KYC-documenten.
  • Je helpt bij de voorbereiding van juridische en administratieve documenten.
  • Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse kantoorwerking en werkt nauw samen met ervaren collega’s.

Je hoeft nog niet alles te kennen. Je krijgt de kans om bij te leren, je boekhoudkundige kennis te versterken en geleidelijk meer taken zelfstandig op te nemen.

  • Je hebt een opleiding in boekhouding, accountancy, bedrijfsadministratie of een vergelijkbare richting afgerond.
  • Je hebt al een eerste ervaring binnen een boekhoudkantoor
  • Je communiceert professioneel en klantgericht.
  • Je neemt initiatief, werkt graag samen en staat open voor feedback.
