Voor een professioneel accountancykantoor in Kortrijk zoekt Konnekt een Senior Accountant die graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en mee wil bouwen aan de verdere groei van het team.Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar persoonlijk contact, samenwerking en kwaliteit centraal staan. Bovendien krijg je de nodige ondersteuning om jezelf zowel inhoudelijk als op vlak van leiderschap verder te ontwikkelen.Functieomschrijving

  • Als Senior Accountant neem je een centrale rol op binnen het kantoor. Je waakt over de kwaliteit van de dossiers, adviseert klanten en ondersteunt minder ervaren collega’s in hun ontwikkeling.
  • Je coördineert en volgt klantendossiers op en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de geleverde dienstverlening.
  • Je begeleidt junior accountants en boekhoudkundige medewerkers en helpt hen groeien in hun rol.
  • Je analyseert financiële cijfers en vertaalt deze naar helder en onderbouwd advies voor klanten.
  • Je staat in voor fiscale aangiftes en ondersteunt klanten bij fiscale controles en complexere vraagstukken.
  • Je denkt actief mee over de optimalisatie van dossiers en interne werkprocessen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en fungeert als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten.
  • Je beschikt over een relevant diploma in accountancy, boekhouden of een financieel-economische richting en hebt minstens vijf jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Je bent ITAA-erkend.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands; kennis van het Engels of Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt ervaring met Exact Online en Silverfin; kennis van Odoo is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je combineert een analytische en nauwkeurige aanpak met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op en haalt voldoening uit het begeleiden en motiveren van collega’s.
