Daarom zoeken we een Talent & People Manager die kansen ziet, initiatief neemt en mee bouwt aan een organisatie die klaar is voor de volgende stap. We zoeken geen HR-professional die alleen bestaande processen opvolgt. We zoeken iemand die graag dingen opzet, verbeteringen doorvoert en ideeën omzet in tastbare resultaten. Van het aantrekken van nieuwe collega's tot het versterken van onze interne werking: jij krijgt de ruimte om projecten in handen te nemen en je stempel te drukken op de verdere ontwikkeling van Konnekt.FunctieomschrijvingIn deze rol krijg je een brede verantwoordelijkheid en combineer je interne rekrutering met people management, procesoptimalisatie en strategische HR-projecten.Wat dat concreet betekent?

  • Je brengt de personeelsbehoeften van onze teams in kaart en bepaalt hoe we de juiste profielen kunnen aantrekken.
  • Je beheert het interne recruitmentproces en zorgt voor een sterke candidate experience, van eerste contact tot contractondertekening.
  • Je bouwt onboarding- en opleidingstrajecten uit die nieuwe en bestaande medewerkers helpen groeien.
  • Je brengt structuur in processen, detecteert knelpunten en implementeert verbeteringen waar nodig.

Je bent een gedreven professional die graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en zich thuis voelt in een ondernemende omgeving.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen agency recruitment.
  • Je combineert een analytische blik met een praktische, hands-on aanpak.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, organisatorisch ingesteld en resultaatgericht.
  • Je krijgt energie van bouwen, verbeteren en zichtbaar bijdragen aan de groei van een organisatie.
