Für unsere Finanzbuchhaltung suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die fachliche Kompetenz mit Organisationstalent verbindet und gemeinsam mit ihrem Team für eine zuverlässige, moderne und effiziente Finanzbuchhaltung sorgt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Führung unseres Finanzbuchhaltungsteams
  • Organisation der Aufgaben, Termine und Vertretungen innerhalb der Abteilung
  • Verantwortung für die laufende Debitoren-, Kreditoren-, Sachkonten- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Kontenabstimmung und Klärung komplexer Buchungsvorgänge
  • Steuerung des Zahlungsverkehrs und Überwachung der Bankkonten
  • Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und weiterer steuerlicher Meldungen
  • Durchführung der Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten
  • Eigenständige Erstellung bzw. Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses nach HGB einschließlich Bilanz und GuV
  • Bildung und Abstimmung von Rückstellungen und Rechnungsabgrenzungen
  • Betreuung und Abstimmung der Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Ansprechpartner für Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Finanzamt und weitere externe Partner
  • Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung unserer Finanzbuchhaltungsprozesse
  • Optimierung von Abläufen und Automatisierung wiederkehrender Buchungsprozesse
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres ERP-Systems Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Informationen für Geschäftsführung und Fachbereiche
  • Einarbeitung und fachliche Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter im Team

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d), Steuerfachwirt (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation oder
  • betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen/Finanzen
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung nach HGB
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umsatzsteuerrecht
  • Erfahrung mit Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Erste Führungserfahrung ist von Vorteil – wir geben aber auch erfahrenen Bilanzbuchhaltern die Möglichkeit, den nächsten Schritt in Richtung Teamleitung zu gehen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen; Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central sind von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude daran, operativ mitzuarbeiten und gleichzeitig Verantwortung für ein Team zu übernehmen
