Konserthuset Stockholm är hemmet för en av Europas främsta symfoniorkestrar, Kungliga Filharmonikerna, och drivs av Stockholms Konserthusstiftelse. Visionen är att Konserthuset Stockholm ska vara ett av Europas mest nyskapande och tillgängliga konserthus, med ett utbud präglat av högsta internationella kvalitet. Konserthuset Stockholm gästas även av många nationella och internationella ensembler och artister, inklusive externa aktörer.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

Scenteknisk chef ansvarar för den övergripande tekniska produktionsprocessen för verksamheten i Konserthuset Stockholm. Rollen är både strategisk och operativ, där samarbete med Konserthusets övriga avdelningar är en viktig del. Du arbetar nära det konstnärliga teamet, producenter, orkester och externa aktörer.

Du är ansvarig chef för det scentekniska teamet som består av sju anställda tekniker.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter

– Budget- och personalansvar, inklusive arbetsmiljöansvar

– Övergripande planering av produktioner ur ett tekniskt perspektiv

– Offert- och fakturahantering

– Schemaläggning och bemanning av såväl tillsvidareanställd som frilansande teknisk personal

– Ansvar för skötsel och underhåll av Konserthuset Stockholms scentekniska utrustning och lösningar.

– Ansvar för intern och extern kommunikation kring scenteknik

– Scenteknisk chef ingår i ledningsgruppen.

Dina kvalifikationer och din kompetens

Som scenteknisk chef på Konserthuset Stockholm behöver du ha erfarenhet inom scenkonstområdet och produktionsteknik. Du arbetar serviceinriktat och är en problemlösare, som skapar struktur åt ditt team. Du har en god kommunikativ förmåga både på svenska och engelska. Du har ett genuint intresse för musik och människor, samt en lyhördhet för individer som skall prestera på högsta konstnärliga nivå.

Vid rekryteringen läggs mycket stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper.

Vi erbjuder

Anställningen är ett vikariat under föräldraledighet med tillträde januari 2027 eller efter överenskommelse. Vikariatet beräknas gälla till och med mars 2028.

Tjänsten följer verksamhetens behov med viss tjänstgöring under kvällar och helger. Konserthuset har kollektivavtal med Unionen, DIK, SYMFoch Scen & Film.
