Er du en erfaren kreditorbogholder, som hurtigt kan sætte dig ind i nye processer og sikre stabil drift fra første dag? Trives du med ansvar, struktur og en hverdag, hvor opgaverne skal løses effektivt og med høj kvalitet?

Vi søger en Interim Kreditorbogholder til en større, veletableret servicevirksomhed i Vallensbæk. Her bliver du en del af økonomifunktionen og får en central rolle i den daglige håndtering af kreditorområdet.

Opgavens varighed og omfang

Opstart: ASAP

Varighed: 3 måneder med mulighed for forlængelse

Omfang: 5 dage om ugen – 30 timer ugentligt, svarende til ca. 6 timer om dagen

Opgavens indhold

Dit primære fokus bliver at sikre en stabil og effektiv drift af kreditorbogholderiet. Du kommer ind i en operationel rolle, hvor du selvstændigt tager ansvar for de løbende opgaver og samtidig samarbejder tæt med resten af økonomifunktionen.

Dine opgaver vil blandt andet omfatte:

  • Kreditorbogholderi og kreditorstyring
  • Håndtering og bogføring af leverandørfakturaer
  • Håndtering af elektroniske fakturaer
  • Afstemninger
  • Klassiske bogholderi- og regnskabsopgaver
  • Løbende håndtering af driftsrelaterede opgaver i økonomifunktionen
  • Ad hoc-opgaver inden for accounting og bogholderi

Du bliver en del af en større og veletableret servicevirksomhed med aktiviteter på tværs af Danmark.

Økonomifunktionen arbejder tæt sammen om at sikre en effektiv og velfungerende daglig drift. Kulturen er uformel og samarbejdsorienteret, og du vil få en hverdag med tæt dialog og sparring med dine kolleger i accounting-teamet.

Som interim-konsulent forventes du hurtigt at kunne sætte dig ind i virksomhedens arbejdsgange og bidrage aktivt til den daglige drift.

Vi søger en erfaren og driftssikker profil, der har et solidt fundament inden for kreditorbogholderi.

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Har god og gerne flere års erfaring med kreditorbogholderi
  • Er vant til fakturahåndtering og klassiske bogholderiopgaver
  • Har en god grundlæggende regnskabsforståelse
  • Arbejder struktureret og kan bevare overblikket i den daglige drift
  • Kan arbejde selvstændigt og tage ansvar for dine opgaver
  • Er serviceminded og imødekommende i samarbejdet med både kolleger og øvrige interessenter
  • Har en løsningsorienteret tilgang og ikke er bange for at gribe nye opgaver
  • Hurtigt kan sætte dig ind i nye processer og arbejdsgange

Systemer

Virksomheden arbejder i Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Erfaring med Business Central er derfor en fordel, ligesom generel systemforståelse og evnen til hurtigt at sætte sig ind i nye systemer vægtes positivt.
