Bemanningskoordinator till Gävle – kombinera studier med rekrytering Konsultia är specialister på bemanning och rekrytering inom industri, teknik och logistik. Vi har en urstark marknadsposition i norra Sverige och gör nu samma resa i resten av landet. Våra platskontor finns från Gällivare till Helsingborg och nu söker vi en Bemanningskoordinator som vill hjälpa oss att fortsätta växa i Gävle. Om rollen Som Bemanningskoordinator hjälper du oss att hitta och lära känna människor för uppdrag hos våra kunder. Du arbetar nära våra konsultchefer och får vara med i rekryteringsarbetet – från första kontakt till matchning mot ett uppdrag. Rollen innebär praktiskt arbete där du:

söker upp och skapar kontakt med kandidater

skriver och publicerar jobbannonser

gör urval, genomför intervjuer och tar referenser

bygger relationer med kandidater för både aktuella och framtida behov.

Arbetet är vid behov och passar dig som vill kombinera studier med praktisk erfarenhet av rekrytering och bemanning. Omfattningen varierar och vi behöver dig som har möjlighet att arbeta mer under vissa perioder, även under terminerna. Under sommaren ser vi gärna att du kan arbeta i större omfattning och täcka upp för ordinarie personal. Vi planerar arbetet tillsammans, så att du vet vad som förväntas. Vi söker dig som

är nyfiken på människor och har lätt för att skapa kontakt

tar egna initiativ och följer upp det du har påbörjat

är strukturerad och kan prioritera när förutsättningarna ändras

bidrar med engagemang och tycker om att samarbeta.

Du studerar gärna inom ekonomi, HR eller något annat relevant område. Erfarenhet av service, försäljning eller andra roller med mycket kontakt med människor är meriterande. Det viktigaste är din inställning, din vilja att lära och att du tar ansvar för jobbet. Därför ska du välja oss Hos Konsultia har vi korta beslutsvägar och stor frihet under ansvar.
