Konsultchef Gävle Konsultia är specialister på bemanning och rekrytering inom industri, teknik och logistik. Vi har en urstark marknadsposition i norra Sverige och gör nu samma resa i resten av Sverige. Våra platskontor finns idag på flera orter från Gällivare till Helsingborg. Till vårt etablerade kontor i Gävle söker vi nu en konsultchef som vill utvecklas i en roll nära både kund, konsult och affär. Om rollen Du blir en del av ett etablerat team i Gävle och får möjlighet att växa in i konsultchefsrollen med stöd av erfarna kollegor, tydliga arbetssätt och nära samarbete i vardagen. Under dina första cirka sex månader ligger fokus på att lära dig leveransen. Du arbetar med rekrytering, konsultkontakt och kunduppföljning och får förståelse för våra kunders behov och hur vi skapar bra samarbeten. Därefter är tanken att du stegvis går över i en mer säljande roll, där du söker upp nya kunder, bygger relationer och startar upp nya samarbeten tillsammans med kollegorna. I rollen arbetar du operativt och nära verksamheten, bland annat med att:

ha kontakt med kunder och bygga goda relationer

jobba med rekrytering, matcha kandidater och konsulter mot uppdrag

följa upp konsulter och bidra till hög kvalitet i leveransen

successivt ta större ansvar för försäljning och nya kundkontakter

Det här är en roll för dig som vill utvecklas inom försäljning och lära dig bemannings- och rekryteringsbranschen från grunden. Du arbetar nära kollegor på kontoret i Gävle och får stöd från både teamet, centrala stödfunktioner och ledning. Vi söker dig som är engagerad, relationsskapande och trivs i en roll med många kontaktytor

har ett affärsmässigt tänk och gillar att ge god service

är strukturerad, ansvarstagande och van att ta egna initiativ

vill utvecklas inom bemanning, rekrytering och kundarbete

Tidigare erfarenhet av service, försäljning, administration, rekrytering eller annat relationsnära arbete är meriterande. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personliga egenskaper och vilja att utvecklas.
