Rekryterare till Gävle – var med och bygg upp tjänstemannarekryteringen hos oss Konsultia är specialister på bemanning och rekrytering inom industri, teknik och logistik. Vi har en urstark marknadsposition i Norra Sverige och gör nu samma resa i resten av landet. Våra platskontor finns från Gällivare till Helsingborg och nu vill vi utveckla vår tjänstemannarekrytering i Gävle med omnejd. Om rollen Vi söker dig som vill vara med och bygga upp något och sätta din egen prägel på det. Med vårt etablerade kontor i Gävle som grund får du utveckla vår rekryteringsaffär med fokus på tjänstemän inom industrin. Du arbetar nära både kunder och kandidater och driver hela rekryteringsprocessen – från första kontakt och förståelse för kundens behov till en lyckad tillsättning. En viktig del av jobbet är att skapa nya kontakter, bygga förtroende och få fler företag att upptäcka vad vi kan hjälpa dem med. Det innebär att du:

skapar och utvecklar kundrelationer i Gävle med omnejd

söker upp nya affärsmöjligheter och driver dialogen från första kontakt till uppdrag

driver rekryteringsprocesser med search, urval, intervjuer och referenstagning

bygger ett nätverk av kandidater och håller kontakten även mellan rekryteringarna

följer upp tillsättningar och utvecklar samarbetet med kunderna.

Du får stor frihet att forma ditt arbete och påverka hur vi bygger upp den här delen av verksamheten. Samtidigt har du kollegorna på kontoret, våra rekryterare på andra orter och centrala stödfunktioner att bolla med och ta hjälp av. Vi söker dig som Du har gärna erfarenhet av att rekrytera tjänstemän, framför allt till industrin. Du är nyfiken på människorna och verksamheterna bakom varje rekrytering och trivs med att hitta rätt matchning. Vi tror att du:

har erfarenhet av att självständigt driva rekryteringsprocesser

är trygg i kontakten med kunder och kandidater och tycker om att bygga relationer

är affärsdriven och ser möjligheter till nya samarbeten

tar egna initiativ och har uthålligheten att bygga upp något över tid

bidrar med engagemang och tycker om att dela med dig till kollegor.

Har du ett nätverk inom industrin i Gävle med omnejd är det ett plus. Det viktigaste är att du vill kombinera rekrytering med att utveckla affären och vara med och bygga upp den här delen hos oss.
