Platschef med etableringsansvar – bygg upp vår lokala verksamhet

Konsultia är specialister på bemanning och rekrytering inom industri, teknik och logistik. Vi har en urstark marknadsposition i Norra Sverige och gör nu samma resa i resten av landet. Våra platskontor finns från Gällivare till Helsingborg och nu öppnar vi upp i Norrköping.

Om rollen

Du kommer in i tidigt skede och får ett tydligt mandat att bygga upp den lokala affären – steg för steg.

Rollen kräver eget driv, uthållighet och operativt arbete där du:

· skapar kundrelationer och utvecklar affären lokalt

· driver försäljning från första kontakt till leverans

· rekryterar och följer upp konsulter och uppdrag

Du arbetar självständigt i uppstartsfasen, samtidigt som du har stöd från kollegor på närliggande orter, centrala stödfunktioner och regionledning (där du ingår). I takt med att verksamheten växer kommer rollen att förändras och det finns goda möjligheter till personlig utveckling.

Vi söker dig som

· är kundfokuserad, affärsdriven och van att ta egna initiativ

· har erfarenhet av försäljning, affärsutveckling eller relationsbyggande roller

· leder med gott exempel och bidrar med högt engagemang

Branscherfarenhet, erfarenhet från tillväxtresor och/eller ett par års chefserfarenhet är meriterande.
