Chez Konvert, nous cherchons une Office Manager RH qui ne se contente pas de gérer une agence, mais fait briller toute une équipe. Tu seras le moteur, le cœur battant et le lien entre les clients, les candidats et votre équipe.

Ta fonction (Quel sera ton impact au quotidien)?

  • Tu es axé sur les résultats. Plan commercial ? Objectifs ? KPI ? Tu les transformes en succès !
  • Tu connais ta région par coeur. Tu pars à la rencontre des clients et prospects, et transformes les événements de networking en terrain de jeu personnel,
  • Tu crées des relations solides et durables. Tu écoutes vraiment les besoins de tes clients et tu sais ce qu'ils recherchent,
  • Ton équipe ? Ton crew. Tu coaches, motives, challenges et pousses chacun à donner le meilleur de lui-même,
  • Tu accompagnes et soutiens tes intérimaires via du jobcoaching entre autres,
  • L'organisation est ta force. Tu gardes l'agence bien structurée, faits le reporting et gardes toujours une vue d'ensemble.

Tu guides, inspires et veilles à ce qu'on travaille dur... mais qu'on rigole aussi beaucoup.

  • Du flair commercial: Tu l'as, et comment!
  • Tu tires de l'énergie des objectifs atteints et adores bâtir des relations clients solides,
  • En tant que people manager dynamique, tu mènes ton équipe vers le sommet,
  • Tu es titulaire d'un diplôme bachelor/master ou tu prouves par ton expérience que tu es LA personne pour ce poste,
  • Tu es organisé, résistant au stress, sais gérer les priorités et ne laisses jamais un détail au hasard.
