Als operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct instellen, programmeren en bedienen van diverse CNC-gestuurde machines, waaronder een buislaserinstallatie. Op basis van technische documenten en productieorders zorg je ervoor dat onderdelen nauwkeurig worden vervaardigd volgens de vereiste kwaliteitsnormen en klantverwachtingen.

TakenpakketSamenwerking met de atelierverantwoordelijke

  • Overleggen over de planning en prioriteiten binnen de productie.
  • Terugkoppelen van eventuele problemen met machines, materialen, gereedschappen of kwaliteit.
  • Melden van afwijkingen en meedenken over mogelijke verbeteringen.

Samenwerking met werkvoorbereiding en engineering

  • Lezen en interpreteren van technische plannen, schema's en werkfiches.
  • Overleg plegen bij onduidelijkheden omtrent afmetingen, programma-instellingen of productiemethoden.
  • Feedback geven wanneer aanpassingen of optimalisaties nodig zijn.

Productie en machinebediening

  • Instellen en bedienen van verschillende machines voor laser- en plaatbewerking.
  • Laden van de juiste programma's en controleren van de parameters voor de opstart.
  • Opvolgen van het productieproces en uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op afgewerkte stukken.
  • Detecteren van afwijkingen en oplossen van eenvoudige technische storingen waar mogelijk.
  • Zorg dragen voor orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer.
  • Je hebt ervaring met CNC-machines.
  • Je kan technische tekeningen lezen of bent hier al mee in aanraking geweest.
  • Ervaring met een buislazer is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en basiskennis Engels is een pluspunt.
