Vous disposez d'une solide expérience en inside sales et souhaitez évoluer vers un rôle de coordination, tout en restant opérationnel(le) ? Vous aimez structurer, prioriser, coacher et améliorer les processus sans être exclusivement dans un rôle hiérarchique ? Cette fonction de Teamleader Inside Sales vous permettra de jouer un rôle central entre l'équipe, les autres départements et le management.

Vos responsabilités

Coordination de l'équipe Inside Sales

  • Répartir les tâches et définir les priorités quotidiennes au sein de l'équipe.
  • Suivre la boîte mail sales et le flux global des commandes.
  • Analyser et équilibrer la charge de travail afin de garantir le respect des délais.

Coaching & support

  • Encourager le partage des connaissances et des bonnes pratiques.
  • Encadrer et accompagner les collaborateurs juniors dans leur développement.
  • Être le point de contact privilégié pour l'équipe inside sales.

Qualité opérationnelle

  • Veiller au traitement qualitatif et correct des :
  • commandes
  • articles
  • prix

Garantir un niveau de service élevé et constant envers les clients internes et externes. Agir comme référence pour les dossiers sensibles ou complexes.

Amélioration continue des processus

  • Apporter de la structure au fonctionnement de l'équipe (planning, rôles, accords, procédures).
  • Initier et proposer des améliorations concrètes.
  • Identifier les inefficacités dans les processus existants.

Escalade & collaboration interservices

  • Faire le lien entre l'équipe inside sales et le management.
  • Gérer et résoudre les problématiques complexes ou transversales.
  • Servir de point de contact pour les autres départements (production, achats, logistique, commercial).

Rôle opérationnel participatif

  • Rester activement impliqué(e) dans le traitement des commandes et des dossiers clients.
  • Combiner un rôle opérationnel avec le pilotage et la coordination de l'équipe.
  • Expérience confirmée en Inside Sales / administration commerciale, avec un rôle de référent ou de coordination.
  • Vous êtes bilingue français / néerlandais (oral et écrit).
  • La connaissance de l'anglais est un atout.
  • Leadership naturel, orienté coaching et collaboration plutôt que hiérarchie formelle.
  • Excellente capacité à définir les priorités et à garder une vue d'ensemble.
  • Esprit analytique, orienté résolution de problèmes et amélioration continue.
  • Très bonnes compétences en communication et sens du service.
  • À l'aise avec les outils ERP et les environnements structurés.
