Vos responsabilités :

Traitement des commandes & administration commerciale

  • Encoder et traiter les commandes de vente dans l'ERP.
  • Assurer le suivi des statuts des commandes.
  • Garantir l'exactitude des données clients et articles.

Contact clients

  • Répondre aux questions des clients par email et par téléphone.
  • Informer les clients sur les produits, les prix et les délais de livraison.
  • Assurer un service professionnel, orienté satisfaction client.

Coordination interne

  • Collaborer étroitement avec la production, les achats et la logistique.
  • Identifier et signaler les écarts, anomalies ou retards éventuels.
  • Contribuer à un flux de commandes fluide et efficace.

Gestion des données

  • Créer et maintenir les articles dans les systèmes internes.
  • Apporter un support à la gestion et à la mise à jour des prix.
  • Vous êtes bilingue français/néerlandais (oral et écrit).
  • La connaissance de l'anglais est un réel atout.
  • Vous êtes orienté client et doté d'un bon sens du service.
  • Vous travaillez avec précision, rigueur et sens du détail.
  • Vous êtes capable de résister au stress et de gérer les priorités.
  • Vous disposez de bonnes compétences en communication.
  • Vous aimez travailler en équipe et faites preuve d'une attitude proactive.
  • Une première expérience en inside sales ou administration commerciale est un plus, mais les profils juniors motivés sont les bienvenus.
