Vos responsabilités :

En tant que technicien de service, vous intervenez chez les clients à travers la Belgique pour assurer l'installation, la maintenance et le dépannage d'équipements de levage et de manutention ;

  • Réaliser le montage et la mise en service d'appareils de levage et de ponts roulants ;
  • Effectuer les entretiens préventifs et curatifs des installations ;
  • Diagnostiquer les pannes électriques, mécaniques et électromécaniques ;
  • Assurer les dépannages directement sur site ;
  • Conseiller les clients et garantir un service de qualité ;
  • Veiller au bon fonctionnement et à la sécurité des équipements ;
  • Compléter les rapports d'intervention et assurer le suivi administratif des prestations ;
  • Représenter l'entreprise auprès des clients avec professionnalisme.
  • Vous disposez de bonnes connaissances en électromécanique et en électricité ;
  • Vous êtes capable de diagnostiquer et résoudre des pannes de manière autonome ;
  • Vous êtes bilingue français / néerlandais ;
  • Vous possédez un bon sens du service et du contact client ;
  • Vous êtes débrouillard, autonome et orienté solutions ;
  • Vous n'avez pas le vertige ;
  • La possession d'un certificat nacelle constitue un atout ;
  • Vous êtes flexible au niveau des horaires ;
  • Vous acceptez les déplacements réguliers sur l'ensemble du territoire belge ;
  • Vous appréciez le travail de terrain et les journées variées.
