Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Na een grondige opleidingsperiode, waarin je het productieproces van A tot Z leert kennen, krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over jouw productielijn. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Productie aansturen en bewaken: Je zorgt ervoor dat de productiemachines en -lijnen optimaal draaien en bewaakt de kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne gedurende het volledige productieproces.
  • Rendement en efficiëntie optimaliseren: Je volgt de prestaties van de lijn nauwgezet op en stuurt bij waar nodig om een maximaal rendement en een efficiënte productie te garanderen.
  • Team aansturen en motiveren: Je geeft leiding aan een team van medewerkers, zorgt voor een positieve en veilige werksfeer en haalt het beste uit je collega's dankzij heldere communicatie, begeleiding en motivatie.
  • Kwaliteit en veiligheid waarborgen: Je ziet erop toe dat alle procedures correct worden nageleefd en zorgt ervoor dat de vooropgestelde kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen steeds worden behaald.

Voor de functie van Voorman/Voorvrouw heb je minimaal een TSO diploma, bij voorkeur in een technische richting, of ben je gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Daarnaast zoeken we iemand met de volgende kwaliteiten:

  • Leiderschap: Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van een team en weet medewerkers te coachen, motiveren en begeleiden.
  • Technisch inzicht: Je beschikt over een sterk praktisch-technisch inzicht en voelt je thuis in een productieomgeving.
  • Communicatie: Je communiceert vlot en draagt actief bij aan een positieve en collegiale werksfeer.
  • Stressbestendigheid: Je blijft rustig onder druk en weet doordacht te handelen bij onverwachte situaties.
  • Flexibiliteit: Je bent bereid om te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel.
  • Probleemoplossend: Je denkt in oplossingen en weet snel in te grijpen wanneer zich uitdagingen voordoen tijdens het productieproces.
  • Verantwoordelijkheidszin: Je neemt initiatief, werkt hands-on mee en hebt oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie.
