Ben jij een ervaren CNC-operator met een passie voor houtbewerking?

Als CNC Operator Hout ben je verantwoordelijk voor het programmeren, instellen en bedienen van CNC-gestuurde houtbewerkingsmachines. Je werkt zelfstandig aan maatwerkprojecten en zorgt ervoor dat elk onderdeel nauwkeurig volgens plan wordt geproduceerd.

Dankzij jouw ervaring ben je in staat om technische plannen correct te interpreteren, programma's aan te passen waar nodig en de kwaliteit van het eindproduct te bewaken.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Instellen, programmeren en bedienen van CNC-houtbewerkingsmachines.
  • Lezen en interpreteren van technische plannen en productietekeningen.
  • Produceren van maatwerkonderdelen volgens vooropgestelde specificaties.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op afmetingen en afwerking.
  • Optimaliseren van bewerkingsprocessen en machinestellingen.
  • Oplossen van technische storingen en afwijkingen.
  • Samenwerken met collega's uit productie, montage en werkvoorbereiding.
  • Mee zorgen voor een veilige, nette en efficiënte werkomgeving.
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen binnen het productieproces.
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding in houtbewerking, schrijnwerkerij of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring als CNC-operator binnen de houtsector.
  • Je kan zelfstandig CNC-machines instellen, bedienen en bijsturen.
  • Je leest en interpreteert technische plannen zonder problemen.
  • Je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht en oog voor detail.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw werk.
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in team functioneren.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
