Voor een innovatief metaalbedrijf in de regio Lommel – gespecialiseerd in hoogwaardig constructiewerk – zoeken we halfautomaat lassers die hun stempel willen drukken op robuuste en duurzame producten.

Als halfautomaat lasser word je een cruciale schakel in het productieproces. Je werkt aan zware stalen constructies waarbij vakmanschap, nauwkeurigheid en discipline centraal staan.

  • Uitvoeren van halfautomaat laswerk (MIG/MAG) op plaatwerk en staalconstructies.
  • Leggen van lange, doorlopende lasnaden met constante doorlassing en een perfecte opbouw van het smeltbad.
  • Voorbereiden van werkstukken: hechten, uitlijnen, positioneren en klemmen volgens technische tekeningen.
  • Controleren van lasparameters zoals spanningsinstellingen, draadaanvoersnelheid, laspositie, warmte-inbreng en laskwaliteit.
  • Werken met dikwandige profielen en constructiedelen volgens ENnormeringen en interne kwaliteitsrichtlijnen.
  • Afbramen, reinigen en visueel inspecteren van lasverbindingen om een hoogwaardige eindkwaliteit te garanderen.
  • Eventueel kleine montagehandelingen verrichten om werkstukken volledig lasgereed te maken.
  • Ervaring met halfautomaat lassen (MIG/MAG) is een must.
  • Je kunt lange lasnaden leggen met constante kwaliteit en controle.
  • Je kan technische plannen/constructietekeningen lezen of bent bereid dat te leren.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met termen als smeltbadcontrole, doorlassing, vervormingspreventie, thermische spanningen, lasposities PB/PC/PD, enz.
  • Ervaring met staalconstructies, plaatwerk of seriematig laswerk is een plus.
  • Je werkt precies, gestructureerd en kwaliteitsgericht.
  • Je hebt zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en werkt graag zelfstandig, maar functioneert even goed in teamverband.
  • Je hebt een positieve mindset: willen leren, willen meedenken, willen verbeteren.
  • Je bent iemand die graag “de handen laat spreken” en geen schrik heeft van fysiek werk.
  • Je communiceert in het Nederlands en/of Engels.
