Ben jij sterk in administratie, klantgericht en hou je ervan om verschillende processen tegelijk in goede banen te leiden? Voor een internationale speler actief in de distributiesector zoeken wij een Inside Sales Representative voor een vestiging in de regio Son (Nederland).

In deze veelzijdige functie vorm je de belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers, transporteurs en interne afdelingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat het volledige orderproces van aanvraag tot facturatie vlekkeloos verloopt en draagt actief bij aan een uitstekende klantenservice.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Inside Sales Representative sta je in voor de correcte en efficiënte afhandeling van commerciële en logistieke processen. Je combineert een klantgerichte aanpak met een sterk organisatorisch vermogen en zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen tijdig en correct bij de klant terechtkomen.

Geen enkele dag ziet er hetzelfde uit. Je onderhoudt contacten met klanten en leveranciers, volgt leveringen op en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen steeds over de juiste informatie beschikken.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Verwerken van klantaanvragen en omzetten naar correcte orders.
  • Bevestigen van bestellingen en opvolgen van levertermijnen.
  • Proactief communiceren over wijzigingen, vertragingen of afwijkingen.
  • Registreren en onderhouden van verkoop- en aankoopprijzen in het ERP-systeem.
  • Samenwerken met de commerciële buitendienst om klanten optimaal te ondersteunen.
  • Opvolgen en oplossen van orderblokkades.
  • Coördineren van leveringen met leveranciers, producenten en transportpartners.
  • Verwerken van transportdocumenten, CMR's en facturatiegegevens.
  • Beheren en actualiseren van klant- en orderinformatie.
  • Actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen binnen de organisatie.

Je beschikt over een administratief-commerciële opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring.

Je hebt reeds ervaring binnen een commerciële binnendienstfunctie, customer service of ordermanagement.

Je bent vertrouwd met ERP-systemen; ervaring met SAP is een sterke troef.

Kennis van Salesforce is een pluspunt.

Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en gestructureerd.

Je neemt initiatief en denkt in oplossingen.

Je bent een echte teamspeler met een klantgerichte mindset.
