Pour l'un de nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Customer Service Officer dynamique et orienté(e) satisfaction client.

En tant qu'interlocuteur privilégié des clients, vous assurez le suivi administratif et commercial des dossiers tout en garantissant un service de qualité.

Vos responsabilités

  • Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone et par e-mail.
  • Assurer le suivi des commandes et des livraisons.
  • Encoder et mettre à jour les informations dans le système interne.
  • Gérer les réclamations et apporter des solutions adaptées.
  • Collaborer avec les différents départements (logistique, commercial, comptabilité, etc.).
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux des dossiers clients.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue de la satisfaction client.

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d'une première expérience réussie dans une fonction de Customer Service, d'assistant administratif ou de support clientèle.
  • Vous avez un excellent sens du contact et du service.
  • Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et capable de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques courants (Office, ERP, CRM).
  • La connaissance du néerlandais et/ou de l'anglais constitue un réel atout.
  • Vous êtes orienté(e) solutions et résistant(e) au stress.
