Entre camions, engins de génie civil, grues, machines et équipements spécialisés, aucun jour ne se ressemble. Nous recherchons un mécanicien capable de diagnostiquer, réparer et entretenir un parc varié de véhicules et d'engins afin de garantir leur disponibilité et leur fiabilité au quotidien.

En tant que Mécanicien génie civil et poids lourds, tu joues un rôle essentiel dans le bon fonctionnement des activités de l'entreprise. Grâce à ton expertise, tu assures l'entretien préventif et curatif des équipements et contribues à la performance des équipes de terrain.

Diagnostic et réparations

  • Diagnostiquer les pannes mécaniques, hydrauliques, pneumatiques et électriques.
  • Réaliser les réparations sur une large gamme de véhicules et d'engins : poids lourds, camionnettes, grues, élévateurs, engins de chantier et équipements motorisés.
  • Remplacer ou réparer les éléments défectueux tels que les freins, embrayages, boîtes de vitesses, systèmes électriques ou pneumatiques.
  • Effectuer des dépannages sur chantier lorsque nécessaire.
  • Collaborer avec le responsable charroi pour garantir des interventions efficaces et adaptées.

Entretien et suivi technique

  • Réaliser les entretiens préventifs et les révisions périodiques.
  • Contrôler l'état général des véhicules et du matériel.
  • Préparer les véhicules et engins pour le contrôle technique.
  • Identifier les anomalies et anticiper les interventions futures afin d'éviter les immobilisations.

Gestion des pièces et de l'atelier

  • Identifier les pièces nécessaires aux réparations.
  • Participer à la gestion des commandes et au suivi du stock de pièces.
  • Réceptionner et ranger le matériel.
  • Veiller au bon état et à la bonne utilisation de l'outillage.
  • Maintenir un atelier propre, organisé et sécurisé.

Amélioration et aménagement du matériel

  • Réaliser différents aménagements sur les véhicules utilitaires.
  • Effectuer des adaptations techniques et travaux spécifiques selon les besoins de l'exploitation.
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue du parc matériel.

Formation et expérience

  • Diplôme A2 en mécanique.
  • Ou diplôme A3 accompagné d'une expérience significative en mécanique poids lourds, automobile ou engins de chantier.
  • Une expérience dans la maintenance d'engins de génie civil constitue un réel atout.
  • Le permis C est un plus apprécié.

Compétences techniques

  • Solides connaissances en mécanique diesel et essence.
  • Bonnes bases en hydraulique, pneumatique et électricité.
  • Connaissances en soudure appréciées.
  • Capacité à réaliser des diagnostics fiables et à intervenir de manière autonome sur différents types de matériels.

  • Tu sais gérer les priorités et travailler de manière méthodique.
  • Tu es soigneux, organisé et impliqué dans ton travail.
  • Tu fais preuve de polyvalence et tu as à cœur de fournir un travail de qualité.
