Vous êtes un électromécanicien expérimenté avec une solide expertise en mécanique industrielle ? Vous aimez comprendre le fonctionnement global d'une installation afin d'anticiper les interventions plutôt que de simplement intervenir en cas de panne ?

Pour une entreprise industrielle reconnue de la région de Comines-Warneton, nous recherchons un Électromécanicien de Maintenance afin de renforcer l'équipe technique.

Au quotidien, vous assurez la fiabilité et la performance des équipements de production :

  • Vous réalisez la maintenance préventive et corrective des installations.
  • Vous intervenez sur les organes mécaniques : moteurs, roulements, chaînes, courroies, axes, paliers et systèmes de transmission.
  • Vous diagnostiquez les dysfonctionnements sur des équipements automatisés et effectuez les réglages nécessaires.
  • Vous remplacez et paramétrez différents composants tels que capteurs, cellules et moteurs.
  • Vous participez à l'installation, à l'amélioration et à la mise en service de nouveaux équipements.
  • Vous réalisez des travaux de soudure pour certaines réparations ou adaptations.
  • Vous assurez le suivi des interventions via la GMAO.
  • Vous collaborez étroitement avec les équipes de production afin de garantir la continuité des activités.

Cette fonction est principalement orientée vers la mécanique industrielle, avec une approche proactive de la maintenance et de l'amélioration continue.

  • Vous disposez d'une formation en électromécanique, mécanique industrielle, maintenance ou équivalent par expérience.
  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience significative en maintenance industrielle.
  • Vous possédez une excellente maîtrise de la mécanique industrielle.
  • Vous avez des connaissances en électricité et en électromécanique vous permettant d'établir un diagnostic et d'intervenir sur les équipements.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise dans les environnements automatisés et appréciez les réglages mécaniques de précision.
  • Vous possédez des connaissances de base en soudure.
  • Vous travaillez de manière autonome, méthodique et organisée.
  • Vous êtes capable d'anticiper les besoins de maintenance, de planifier vos interventions et de gérer vos priorités.
  • Vous maîtrisez le français.
