Voor een bedrijf te Maasmechelen, gespecialiseerd in voeding, zijn we op zoek naar een account manager.

Functieomschrijving:

• Je beheert bestaande klanten in de Benelux, volgt acties, promoties en contracten op en bouwt duurzame partnerships uit. Betalingsherinneringen zitten hier ook in.

• Je onderhandelt commerciële akkoorden, doet prijsvoorstellen en houdt rekening met marge, kwaliteit en eventuele transportkosten.

• Je vertaalt salesplannen naar concrete acties en stemt bestellingen, levertermijnen en productspecificaties af met productie, kwaliteit, aankoop en productontwikkeling.

• Je bezoek frequent winkels & verkooppunten, prospecteert actief nieuwe klanten, introduceert nieuwe producten en ontwikkelt commerciële opportuniteiten in de Benelux.

• Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten en prospecten: je beantwoordt dagelijkse vragen, lost operationele issues mee op en volgt klachten correct op.

• Je houdt klanteninformatie correct bij in Reflex (ERP), volgt klantentevredenheid op en detecteert nieuwe opportuniteiten.

• Je ondersteunt marketing, beurzen en klantenpresentaties.

• Je bent analytisch sterk & rapporteert datagedreven en op een duidelijke manier aan de organisatie en je leidinggevende.

• Je beschikt minstens over een bachelorsdiploma, idealiter heb je ook minstens 5 jaar ervaring in retail sales, bij voorkeur in de FMCG-industrie.

• De klanten kunnen zowel in het Nederlands EN het Frans bij jou terecht. Daarnaast is je kennis Engels ook goed.

• Werken op strategisch niveau spreekt je aan, aangezien je daarbij je analytische en commerciële vaardigheden kan inzetten.

• Je beschikt over een sterke communicatie, en kan vlot een netwerk opbouwen met interne en externe stakeholders en bent steeds (telefonisch) beschikbaar om stakeholders te helpen.

• Je bezit een echte ‘can-do’ mentaliteit: je bent een gedreven ondernemer die zaken aanpakt en realiseert, maar daarnaast kan je ook objectieven stellen, plannen en organiseren. Je bent graag bij klanten en op de baan.

• Je bent kritisch en blijft jezelf informeren over nieuwe ontwikkelingen en evoluties binnen de voedingssector, met bijzondere aandacht voor gevogelteproducten.

• Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office en beschikt over gebruikservaring met een ERP-pakket.
